Rooks Star is my stage name. Although being a Hip Hop artist was new to me at first, I worked hard to be recognized and distinguished myself from other artists in the industry. I am working on various projects with my up and coming company, The Network-Ent. Due to my efforts in building the company this has delayed the release of my highly anticipated mix tape; however, good things come to those who wait. I am currently producing one mix tape which will build the foundation for my company. It conveys an uplifting message to the youth, especially to those living in the "ghetto", and to restore the soul of those who have lost hope. My ultimate goal is to inspire and show the youth that there is still hope for those who come from the ghetto. Whatever you put your mind to, you can accomplish with hard work and dedication. It does not matter what you have been through, nothing is impossible. Although I am a new artist from a different musical background and despite all I have been through, I am still recognized as a Hip Hop host. I am not only acknowledged for my talent but also as a producer and Hip-Hop artist.
